Our engineering department double checks all prints and plans the most effective way to produce the part. This eliminates problems before they happen, and helps guarantee on-time delivery. Finally, we check and test all gears to make sure they meet your exact specifications. 

We are equipped to perform every type of machining on our floor. Because all turning, milling, grinding and cutting of gears is done in house, we can maintain absolute control of the finished product. This total management of the entire production sequence is the reason we supply quality work on time. Our large inventory of certified raw materials often gives us a head start in the production process. We also maintain excess machinery to meet rush order deadlines and to ensure we are never down when your order comes in.
